Valentine's Day Outfit Inspiration

If there is one thing that I love about the month of February it is that wearing lots of pink seems very acceptable. Not to say you can’t wear it whenever you won’t, but it seems extra fitting this time of year. I couldn’t help but want to shop around a bit to discover some festive attire options regardless of your plans this month or on Valentine’s Day in particular. 

One thing that I was surprised by as I was shopping around was how much red I found that I liked. While I genuinely like the color red, I tend to only have it in the form of cocktail dresses. That was until I discovered this adorable scallop jacket by Draper James. I saw a meme recently about how after watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel you feel an intense desire to expand your collection and that is totally me. This coat was a no brainer and I love that the bright color is versatile for all seasons especially in the eventual transition to spring. 

 

Although I paired it with dark pants and one of my go-to sweaters, I am confident that it’ll look equally as perfect with white jeans as the weather warms up.
