Step Into My Week

Hello Monday! While waking up at 5 this morning was a bit of a challenge after the luxury of sleeping however late I wanted to last week (albeit that was never after 9) I am feeling refreshed and ready to take on the week. It’s amazing what a bit of relaxation can do for your mindset. My friends would be proud that I actually watched episodes of shows without multitasking (clearly I am not the best at relaxing). While I don’t have outfits from each day to share with y’all I do have some photos that just begin to sum up why I love my hometown so much.

Most of the mornings this week were spent at coffee shops brainstorming blog content and finishing up a big project for school that is due this week. I was also able to shoot some outfits and photos for future posts which was so satisfying. It was nice to have some time to spend working solely on content for Prep In Your Step which makes me excited for May since I’ll be able to do this most days without the stress of school.

It is hard to beat time relaxing with family in your favorite place. While I am sorry I don’t have more to update you on from this week I think it is a good sign that I took this break in exactly that way, as a break! I am so excited for all of the spring content I’ve been brainstorming and am so glad y’all continue to choose to stop by Prep In Your Step!

  1. Waking up this morning was so difficult. I'll get used to it in a few days. Daylight savings is throwing me for a loop.

  2. Obsessed with your planner/notebook

  3. I definitely agree, waking up this morning was a struggle. Have you done a post with that planner/notebook? I'd love to see how you organize it!!

  4. I'm so glad you had a nice, relaxing week at home! Our spring break is the last week in March (perks of choosing to be a teacher!) and I'm so looking forward to it!
