Happy Friday! This week felt long and short all at once, but either way, I am excited that it’s nearly the weekend. I’m headed out of town and am looking forward to an equal part relaxing and adventurous time, and I’m even procrastinating packing by working on this post, oops.
I never would’ve foreseen that while coming up with gift ideas for Easter baskets this year that I’d be including masks in the round-up. Last year I remember struggling to decide whether or not it would be wise to drive home for Easter, given so many unknowns of the pandemic. I hadn’t planned to go, so when my parents asked me if there was anything I had been eyeing that seemed Easter basket worthy, I asked for stamps (and am still going through the ones I was given since my dad must’ve thought that was really lame and gave me so many sheets) and nesting mixing bowls. I am the life of the party with those requests, obviously! Usually, our Easter baskets contain small items, and the Easter bunny doesn’t take requests, but last year was different in more ways than one.

One Easter in college, my mom made the mistake of creating an addiction from a gift in my basket. She gave me Glamorous Wash Detergent in the Diva scent, and I’ve been using it ever since. According to friends, it has even become my signature scent. So naturally, I had to include it in this Easter basket gift idea round-up.
