Cinco de Mayo Style

It comes as no surprise to those of you that have been around a while that I love bright colors and especially love including bright colors in my closet. Two other things that I love is a good theme and Mexican food. Combine all of that and it makes a lot of sense as to why Cinco de Mayo is my favorite minor holiday. I certainly have plenty of pieces of clothing that could fit the bill for the holiday no matter what my plans are but this Brooke Wright designs Coco Dress in Vintage Stripe is likely what I'll be reaching for this year (last year I wore her Multi Otomi Print Top seen here).

In the summer it's so much easier to throw on a dress and go instead of having to piece together an outfit and I love the fact that dresses are great for the especially warm days that are approaching in Alabama. The loose fit of this piece and adjustable tie sleeves make it a cute option that I'll be able to wear over and over when paired with different accessories. The longer hemline and brush stroke stripes of this print look especially great with wedges. If you're not quite as much of a color lover however, Brooke Wright designs offers other prints that are equally as adorable.

And in case you're on the hunt for other fun pieces to inspire you to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, I've included some of my favorite finds below. To find out more about a product click directly on it in the image below to be taken to where the item can be shopped!
