The Easiest Spring Outfit

If you follow along with my Step Into My Week posts you probably have noticed that I have started relying more and more on dresses. If you know any teachers personally then you probably know how excited they get over being able to wear jeans to school. Up until last week, I too was one of those teachers. However, now that it has gotten hot out I can not get that excited about wearing jeans to school. It doesn't help that my class has recess in the middle of the day either when the weather is at its hottest. Instead, dresses have been my go-to. Only having to depend on one piece of clothing saves me time and knowing that I'm not going to be sweating at recess is a definite plus.

I shared this style dress already (in this post) in one color but I couldn't help but share it again in another color since it is just that good. The first time I wore it to school I had a haircut right after and walked into the salon and immediately had women compliment it. I also wore it to an event while I was home for Spring Break making this dress seem extra versatile. Although I styled it in this post for a fancier occasion than say school or a haircut, it is just as easy to dress down.

To dress this piece up, I reached for some tan wedges, gold statement earrings, and the most perfect cross body bag by Carrie Dunham. What's so cool about this bag is the fact that you can change the cover. It's originally gold but with the white french belly croco leather cover I can easily pair this purse with a number of different outfits. The gold brads on the outside keep the covers in place and a magnetic closure at the top is especially helpful when it comes to keeping the contents of your purse contained. Come fall, I can easily get a darker cover to continue to use this bag year round!

I'd love to hear what you consider to be the easiest spring outfit to throw on!
