Favorite Coffee Table Books

All this week I have felt like I have been running on empty. With new classes, publicizing for a sorority event coming up, and trying to stay on top of blogging and emails (I've kind of failed with that one) I can't help but wish I still had a bit of summer vacation lingering ahead of me.

A new semester always comes with adjustments and this one is no different as I begin to carve out a schedule (especially since that schedule includes a dreaded night class) and prioritize things responsibly without sacrificing fun experiences. If you feel this way when it comes to going back to school then know that you are not alone! Wow do I miss having so much time to devote to blogging and hanging out with my family but this new semester has come with a fun new apartment, great friendships, and the excitement of all that is to come. Unfortunately though this semester has also brought about an insane amount of textbook reading each night. It has definitely been overwhelming me and I am doing my very best to stay on top of it especially when some of the teachers I have are teaching information to me in a way that isn't best for my learning style which requires even more time outside of the classroom to work.

Since I feel like I will continue to have plenty of text book reading and will continue to wish that my required reading was instead out of aesthetically pleasing coffee table books I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite with y'all and also include some other ones I would love to add to my collection at some point!

Coffee table books aren't just great due to their content but typically are the kind of books that judging from their covers are just as enticing. I love decorating with some of mine and having them scattered about my room has been a great way to fill up some unused space. I also love giving them as gifts to friends for various occasions for them to enjoy flipping through as well!

Here are some of the favorite ones that I have!

And here are some ones I would love to add to my collection in the future!

Be sure to let me know of any others that I should add to my wish list down the road!

  1. I'm also a junior in college and I've noticed so far that I have a TON of textbook reading also! Maybe it's an upper-level class thing? Best of luck with your classes!
