The Elephant In The Room

I have a tendency to gravitate towards shorts that have some sort of pattern on them especially if that pattern has fun animals on them! Don't get me wrong, I love my plain colorful chino shorts but it is fun to mix things up sometimes too! I had never worn this outfit together before but I have a feeling it will be resurfacing frequently! I love how bold royal blue can be especially when complimented with black.  The surprise detail of the bows on the back of this silky tank is such a fun detail and I definitely think this outfit could transition from day to night with the addition of wedges, a cute statement necklace, and a different hair style.
