Pistachio Hair Ties Giveaway: CLOSED

Todays giveaway is from the etsy shop Pistachio Hairties! She has some super cute and unique no crease hair ties! Kimberly from the shop has agreed to allow one of my readers a set of her precious candy collection hair ties in sweet ruffles!
I have never seen this type of hair tie with ruffles on the edges and think they are absolutely adorable!
So Cute!
