The Best Things About Being Home For Break

{It's Christmas Eve Eve!}

Aside from the excitement of no school work and my biggest stressor being folding my laundry and scheduling seeing all my friends breaks are something I count down until! Being on break, specifically winter and summer is so refreshing without a sign of school work in site. This semester was a busy one and I was honestly very ready for it to be over come exams. In addition to spending lots of time with my family breaks definitely have some perks...

Showering without shoes on and taking baths.

Sleeping in complete darkness and silence.

Not having to be super quiet in the morning.

Home cooked meals.

Spending time with friends and family.

Being in a house!

No communal laundry.

Less hectic schedule.

 Clearly as a college student being on a break is the perfect time to catch your breath and question why you ever left home to begin with (kidding). If any of y'all have been away what is your favorite part about returning home?

  6. So true! I always forget how much I love being about to shower without shoes on until I get home - it's such a luxury! Being home with my dogs and having a king-sized bed instead of a twin are definitely on my list as well.

  8. The new year hasn't even begun and I've already found my perfect purse for the year! Enter Dagne & Dover's Tiny Tote. Dagne & Dover is a new handbag company that was started by three incredibly talented women who create the most versatile and functional handbags. With an array of different sizes and functions I quickly fell in love with all of their handbags.

    For my first of hopefully many handbags from Dagne & Dover I chose the Tiny Tote. I have yet to use any of my other handbags since receiving this bag. I love that it is small and has the ability to be a cross body or regular purse. I always wear the cross body strap because of the convenience it provides. Don't let the fact that this purse is named the Tiny Tote fool you though. This bag holds everything I need and more for a typical outing.
